MATTHEW MILES
About Me
Matthew Miles is a vocalist, arranger, and music educator based in Northern California. He is a graduate of Sacramento State University earning his B.M. in Jazz Voice. As a student, he has performed with multiple award-winning ensembles at Sacramento State and Christian Brothers High School.
Matthew has been teaching private lessons since 2021. In 2023 he completed his teaching credential program and obtained a Master’s Degree in Education in 2024. Currently, he is building a high school music program and writing new arrangements for the vocal jazz/a cappella ensemble. He has been awarded Teacher of the Year for his work done during the 2025-2026 school year and looks to continue sharing his passion for music and teaching. Outside of lessons, Matthew writes his own music and is helping other artists explore the music production industry.
